How do I receive the template after purchasing?
Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email invitation from Squarespace to accept ownership of your new website. Once you click “Accept,” the template will land directly in your Squarespace dashboard as a brand-new website, completely pre-built and ready to edit.
Do I need to know how to code to use these templates?
Not at all! Every template is built using Squarespace’s intuitive, drag-and-drop Fluid Engine editor. You can easily change fonts, swap colors, upload your own images, and move elements around without touching a single line of code.
Can I apply this template to an existing, already-live Squarespace site?
Squarespace templates cannot be automatically “applied” to an existing site with content already on it. The template arrives as a brand-new website design. If you have an existing site, you will simply need to copy your text and images over to the new template before shifting your domain and subscription to it.
Is the Squarespace hosting subscription included in the $59 price?
No, the template purchase covers the premium design, layout, and installation guide. You will need to purchase a separate standard hosting plan directly from Squarespace when you are ready to launch your website to the public.
Do I get a free trial with Squarespace?
Yes! Because our templates are delivered via an official contributor invitation, your new website automatically comes with an extended 6-month free trial instead of the standard 14 days. This gives you plenty of time to customize your site before paying for a hosting subscription.
What is your refund policy on template purchases?
Because our templates are digital products delivered via instant transfer links, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the template has been delivered to your dashboard. Please review the live previews thoroughly before purchasing, or reach out to our support team if you have pre-sale questions!
Is customer support included with my purchase?
Absolutely. Every individual template purchase comes with email support for any questions regarding the template setup, layout structure, or installation. For general Squarespace platform issues, you also get full access to Squarespace’s customer care team.
